This is a reference page for the female genre.
This page was built to give a reference to each dam that appears in our current pedigrees. I feel it very important to see and study what is behind a dog in determining what you can produce. It would be great if all puppies looked like mom and dad, but it just is not true. I made a point in studying different lines and different puppies prior to breeding. I exhibited for 10 years before producing a single pup. I had personal knowledge of each and every dog in that pedigree. With this knowledge, I could determine where traits were originating and could then eliminate or reduce the number of times that dog was used in the future pedigrees. With that said, here are the girls!

Ch. Wintery's Pride N' Joy- Group Placer
Sire: Ch. Mystical's Stolen Memory-BIS/Top Producer
Dam: Stardan's Diamond Girl

Kayla is owned by Pam Small of Marathon,WI. Kayla was exclusively handled by Debby Jahnke to her Championship and received numerous BOB awards from the classes over specials. She received a Group II from Breeder/Author/Judge Bob Ward. Kayla carried wonderful bone and had a deep body. She was a very nice moving bitch and had nice side movement. She had a nice neck and good length of leg. We obtained a daughter from her in exchange for handling her to her championship. Thanks goes to Pam for allowing us the opportunity to continue the Stardan tradition with a very lovely baby!

Stardan's Diamond Girl (ptd)
Sire: Ch. Slver Sark's Escrow-Group Placer
Dam: Am.Can.Ch.Stardan's Amaretto of Anadyr-Specialty winner and Group Placer

Roxy was bred by Debby Jahnke and is owned by Tyler and Kathy Nooyen of New Franken,WI. Roxy was handled by my son Ryan, who obtained all of her current points. She was awarded Reserve Winners Bitch at the Heart of America Specialty in Kansis City, handled by myself. Roxy was a smaller bitch at about 19.5".
She carried a beautiful neck, tons of coat, and beautiful bone. Stacking was never a problem as she always placed her feet exactly where they needed to be.

Am & Can Ch.Stardan's Amaretto of Anadyr CGC, TDI-Group and Specialty Winner
Sire: Ch.Stardan's Jack Daniels- BISS/Group Winner/Top Producer
Dam: Anadyr's Sweet Deal(Ptd)

Amy was a stud service puppy option that I took. I saw her mother Sugar at the Chicagoland Samoyed Specialty and she was so typey, and I wanted to show a nice Jacki daughter. Linda brought the litter up for me to evaluate and I told her to leave Amy for me. Amy was always the type of dog that just catches your eye. There was something about her that made you go back to her. Amy became the prettiest bitch we have owned and her wins were more than I could have ever expected or hoped. She won honors at more than 9 different specialties both in the US and Canada from wining BOW for her 1st points at GMSF at a year, to winning an Award of Merit at GMSF at 13 years old.... she is one that I will always hold fondly in my heart!

Ch.Anadyr's Abracadabra- Group Winner
Magic was owned and bred by Linda Lashley. She came to Stardan waiting to come in season and be bred. She needed majors to finish and the local shows were coming up. I entered Magic as a surprise for Linda, hoping to perhaps pick up a major in WI while she was up here. Magic ended up winning WB both days picking up both the majors to finish. Ontop of that, on Saturday, she ended up going BOW and BOB over 8 specials, (4 were Top 10 dogs) Not to be out done, she also won the Group 1st from the classes. Not bad for a surprise! Magic was a beautiful dog, lovely head, sound in every way, and she showed like a million bucks. This weekend was one that I will remember always, and I will never forget Linda's reaction when I called her to tell her that Magic was a champion and a Group Winner!
Ch.Windsong's KremePuff O'Stardan CD-Group Placer/Top Producer
Sire: Ch.Karalot's Hotshot of Windsong-Group Winner/Top Producer
Dam:Windsong's Koko Puff(ptd)

Dotti was bred by Mary Kistner of Elkhart Lake, WI. She was a very substantial bitch carrying alot of bone and size. She could compete with the males for breed and had alot of angulation and side movement. Dotti had a beautiful front assembly andhad a deep chest. She was a great mom and producer. She had that look in her eyes that said she would walk on water for you and she taught me to relax in the ring and have fun! Dotti taught me what it was to be a breeder and she never lost a single pup. Thanks goes to Mary Kistner on bestowing a pup of this quality on us.

Windsong's Koko Puff -(ptd)
Sire: Ch. K-Way's Omen of Destiny CDX-Top Producer
Dam: Ch. Windsong's Sonata in Silver

Puff was owned and bred by Mary Kistner of Windsong Samoyeds. Puff was a big substantial bitch who produced thriving big puppies. She had a wonderful front and rear and beautiful side gait. She passed on her front to many of her puppies and had an easy going attitude. Puff died unexpectedly at 4 due to bloat before she could be finished, but produced Am Can Ch Windsong's JakPot O'Pomirish, Ch. Windsong's KremePuff O'Stardan CD, and Ch Windsong's Kreme D'Koko. All who continued producing many champion offspring.

Ch. Nordic's Kameo of Windsong
Sire: Ch.Tsiulikagta's Ownok Anoka
Dam:Ch. Tsiulikagta's Kari

Kameo was bred by Gail Matthews and owned by Mary Kistner and Char Koehler. Kameo was the foundation bitch of Windsong Samoyeds and is behind every Samoyed that Stardan Kennels has ever owned or bred. It was only fitting that we added her to this page. Kameo was a very lovely and I remember her most as a Veteran Bitch showing like a true showman at the GMSF Specialty for hours and hours. She never gave up on Mary, and I don't believe Mary ever gave up on her either. Thank you, Kameo, for giving me everything I have ever wanted and had,
here at Stardan Kennels.
