This is a tribute to our first litter.
Our first litter was sired by Am Can Bmd Ch. Karalot's JakFrost O'Westwind-BIS and was out of
Ch. Windsong's KremePuff O'Stardan CD-Group Placer.
Both parents were named as Top Producers in the Nation in 1984, largely because of the success of this litter. Here they are!

Ch Stardan's Jack Daniels-BISS/Group Winner/Top Producer
Jacki was our first homebred champion and BIS/Group Winner. He was in the Top 20 for 5 years until he retired. He sired numerous National Specialty and Group Winners. He was owned by Dave and Debby Jahnke. |

Ch. Stardan's Crakerjak O'Kynalak-
CJ was purchased by Simmie Labell of Medford MA. She was handled by Carol Cook and finished her championship with a 5 and 4 point major, including being awarded Winners Bitch at the GMSF specialty under Dan Morgan.

Ch. Karalot's Kandi Kane O'Stardan
Kandi was obtained by Joanne Hilbelink after coming to evaluate this litter with Tim Malueg, and Mary Kistner. Joanne ended up calling me the next day asking if she could purchase this bitch. Kandi finished her championship quickly in 7 shows. She ended up winning Winners Bitch for a 5 point major the day after the GMSF Specialty, handled by Tim Malueg. I was handed Kandi to take her in for BOB. She ended up winning the breed over an entry of 103 Samoyeds from the classes. Tim ended up going best of Opposite Sex with Gambler that same day. |

Ch. Stardan's Billy Jak
Billy was purchased by Lisa Aschenbrenner from DePere WI. Billy was shown while a puppy and obtained 2 points. Lisa decided not to show him any longer. I approached Lisa when Billy was 10. I was looking for something to play with at the GMSF specialty, since I did not have a class dog to show. I indicated that I would pay the entry, if I could take him. Billy had not been shown or to Kennel Club in 9 years. We ended up going Winners Dog under Leslie Valiunas for the 5 point major. When I called Lisa, she started to cry... she could not believe it! Billy finished 9 months later at the age of 11. He finished with 2 five point and a 3 point major.

Ch. Stardan's Popcorn Polli
Popcorn was sold on a co-ownership to Jackie Lane of Neenah, WI. While Jackie was interested in a pet and worked in a veterinary clinic, I was hoping that Popcorn could obtain her championship. I showed her here and there. When Jackie could no longer keep her, due to a divorce, Popcorn returned home to Stardan. We kept her until she obtained her championship and then placed her with Kristin Kubsch for a 4-H dog, and to live out her day's as the family pet. Popcorn finished with 2 five point and a 4 point major. |

Ch. Major Keno Sterling O'Stardan
Major was purchased by Carol Cook of MA, after JakFrost died for the purpose of breeding him. Carol had wanted to introduce JakFrost into her line, and after he died, decided to purchase Major when he was a year old. Carol finished Major with 4 majors and he went on to sire many Group Winners and Specialty winners at Alpine Glo Samoyeds.
